CBMS 2011 - the 24th International Symposium on Computer-Based Medical Systems

June 27th - 30th, University of the West of England, Bristol, UK

Registration

The registration fees and options for CBMS 2011 are shown below. Please note, as the 2011 conference is over, the online store is now closed. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delegates must register for the conference through the University of the West of England’s online store. Please note, authors of accepted papers must register by June 10th. If you are a student, and due to a significant academic load, you could not prepare the necessary documents for a speech at a conference in time, then next time take care of purchase an essay in advance. In this way, you will spend less time on routine and mandatory tasks, such as writing essays, term papers or articles.

Please ensure that you have properly filled in all details when you book your place. You will need to know:

  • The ID number of any submissions you have made through EasyChair
  • Your IEEE membership number, if you are a member
  • Any special dietary requirements (i.e. vegetarian, halal, etc.)
  • For accommodation options, if you will require an accessible room (wheelchair access)

Where accommodation is included, this will be at the on-site Frenchay Student Village. These rooms are in very modern shared apartments (6 bedrooms), all en-suite, including kitchens with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, lounge area, and access to the university's IT network. Accommodation places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. For more details, see the FAQ page.

The “on-site accommodation only” option on the online store is for guests of delegates only (i.e. a second room), not for delegates themselves. Delegates wanting to take advantage of the on-site accommodation available must choose a registration option that includes accommodation.

Students will be accommodated at below true cost, and may be requested to undertake light duties at the conference, such as helping at the registration desk or providing some support at conference sessions.

If registering as a student, you will be required to present a valid student ID at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference.

If you select an IEEE member option, you will be required to provide your membership number. We are sorry, but non-members cannot be admitted to the conference at member rates.
